A roof leak, following strong rains prompt us to seek several estimates for shingle roof and gutter replacements. After receiving several estimates and a neighbor's recommendation, we decided to contract with Virginia Home Improvements, Inc. Contractor took our CASH deposit and never performed any work. We were very trusting and patient in the beginning, then after 2 months of excuses for not being able to schedule work, we could not wait any longer, and scheduled another contractor. BE ADVISED!!

We had some leaking issues on the steep roof of our 3,200 square foot, 2 story office building, and we needed the repairs done as soon as possible. I went ahead and had Virginia Home Improvements do the work for us. They had a good response time and communicated well with us. They were prompt for the appointment and got right to work. I haven't noticed any leaks since they made the repairs.

I was informed that there were leaks in one of the bedrooms of our rental property. It had a 20-year-old shingle roof. I needed someone to fix it as soon as possible to save it from further damage. Virginia Home Improvements did an outstanding job. They were exceedingly pleasant to work with. Everything turned out the way it was planned. I couldn't be more happy with the service that I got. We had a large front porch addition added to an existing concrete pad. We also had a roof put on along with a reroof of the house. Virginia Home was extremely professional, provided excellent communication from start to finish. Cost was low compared to other estimates from other contractors. Work was done within budgeted cost, ahead of scheduled end-date, and beyond expectations. Absolutely beautiful work. This contractor does NOT nickel and dime you! Highly recommend him.
