There was a leak on a spot close to the chimney. The roofer replaced the shingles on that section. I would say that the job Element Smart Roofing did was average, and to a certain degree—mediocre. It was not the kind of repair I was expecting. I wanted one thing, but they did something else. I was expecting them to take care of the chimney flashing, but they didn't.
