We had three layers of old roofing squares tore off along with rotted plywood boards. We replaced it with 2200 square feet of GAF Timberline 30-year shingles. I went with Joe Percario General Contracting for the job, and they did a great job. They worked hard and as a team. The job was finished in a couple of days.

I own a duplex and it was pointed out to me that the roof was in poor condition, so I contacted a few different roofers for estimates. As it turned out, I only needed a few loose shingles nailed down and a few missing ones replaced. The Joe Percario company seemed like real honest guys, and I appreciated them not telling me it needed a full replacement. So far everything has been fine, even after several heavy rains.

The slate roof of our five-bedroom colonial was damaged after a tree fell on it. We had it replaced with gray slate, which carried a lifetime warranty. The guys at Joe Percario General Contractors were easy to work with and gave us a fair price. We are satisfied costumers of theirs.
